Thinking of Starting a Home Based Business?

Filed under: Your Business — admin @ 8:33 am

Start your New Year off with a Home based business. Unless you are in free enterprise, you’re simply fullfilling someone else’s dream. And you know it. I have learned many exciting techniques in running a successful home based business and I would like to share them with you.

Now Consider this: Because I achieved total personal and financial freedom inside of 6 months…and because I’ve already helped numerous others duplicate my success.. Are you starting to see how realistically I can help you achieve a staggering monthly income and life style to match.

I am extending you an open invitation to duplicate my success with my already proven blueprints and personal guidance… Something many people ony wish for. I know I did.

So I ask you… Will you be the next Success story in a home based business in 2006?

Sadly, most people have flat-out given up on the life of their dreams… and they’ve resigned themselves to a life of struggle, lack, and limitation. They suffer in the Land of Opportunity. And they are fooled into believing the lie that it has to be this way. Most people don’t realize that with proper leadership and the right opportunity, virtually anyone with desire can acheive the lifestyle and level of income the want with ease!

I’m living proof: Ever since I’ve started my home based business I feel a rush of iinternal excitement. I am literally helping people just like you exit the rat-race and achieve the same level of success I enjoy.

One of the reasons I enjoyed a speedy rise to the top of this home based business is that I’m very selective about the people I work with. You need to possess a willingness to be successful. The individuals you associate with will help you be that person. Successful people tend to affliate with others who posses the same attributes.

Wishful Hoping & No Action is Not Going to Cut It. Here a three reasons why:

1. There is nothing Casual About Worthwhile Achievement. You must Earn your way to success in life-no matter what you do. Only then will you achieve a casual life style with enough money for you and your family to enjoy it in style. My personal achievement channel was my home based business.

2. Trying is Not Doing. People with a ” see what happens” attitude get to see what happens, alright…they sit their lazy butts down as they “see” others rapidly making wheelbarrels of success-but they never do it themselves. The success of entrepreneurship depends soley on YOUR drive and desire.

3. You need to be honest with yourself to avoid wasting your time in a home based business. If you only kid yourself, you won’t experience a positive change in your life until you First make a postive change. Through personal growth techniques I realized that focusing on positive energy will replace the negativity that is keeping you from achieving the success in your home based business that is vital for your financial freedom.

I deserve my success because I took charge of my life. If your wondering what I do with the rest of my time, I ENJOY LIFE. I CHOOSE MY ACTIVITIES.

Step by Step Foreskin Restoration Guide Using T-Tape Method - For Those New To Foreskin Restoration

Filed under: Your Business — admin @ 7:45 am

PART I

A BEGINNERS Introduction & Pointers to the T-Tape Restoration Method - For Men Curious About NON-Surgical Foreskin Restoration

INTRODUCTION

Foreskin restoration can be achieved by most any circumcised man. The ability to go through a full, successful foreskin restoration, has very minor bearing on how you were circumcised (i.e. how tightly, unevenly, minor problems resulting from the circumcision, etc.) With that being said, there are some medical issues that may preclude you from being successful with restoring - or even preclude you from restoring altogether.

Unfortunately many neo-natal circumcisions (the most common time to circumcise in the US, Australia, Canada, among few others) are “sloppy”, done “lazily”, by inexperienced young doctors, or are simply “botched”. Men who suffered improper and poorly done circumcisions may experience some difficulty restoring, and should therefore consult a doctor whom they trust prior to beginning a restoration regimen.

Non-Surgical Foreskin Restoration - which is the only method of restoration ForeskinRestorationChat (FRC) chooses to deals with (due to often radically poor surgical results - and usually creating a completely un-natural foreskin), will require a tremendous emotional commitment on your part. If you are married or partnered, it requires a commitment of support for you from them as well. So, after you have decided you want to restore, it is critical to speak with your significant other. At FRC, we rarely hear of partners and wives who do not support their partner’s decision and process of restoration. Expect hesitation from your partner, initially anyway. This is the point that you must explain that the decision to restore is not about them, it’s about you and how you feel about yourself either (or both) physically/sexually, and emotionally.

It is not recommended to show a partner newly introduced to Foreskin Restoration photos of restoration devices, photos of restored penises, or any photos relating to restoring for that matter. The goal here is to educate and appeal to your partner’s intellect so that they can become more comfortable with this intensely intimate process.

Some thoughts you may bring up to tell your partner:

- If you were circumcised as a baby, perhaps you feel that a choice about your sexualidentity was taken from you. You had no say, and want to heal negative feelings by restoring your foreskin.

- Many men who restore report that they are doing so as a result of progressively reduced penile sensitivity and sexual pleasure -particularly as a man gets older. You can explain to you partner that most restored men report between a 2 and 3-fold increase in sexual sensitivity and pleasure (some report even much more heightened increases).

As your partner begins noticing differences and more skin on your penis, I would then recommend bringing them to some websites to give them the low-down on the whole process and community that has developed among circumcised men who are restored or restoring.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SHOWING RESTORATION WEBSITES TO YOUR PARTNER!

Be very careful about the sites that you visit with your partner. Why? Many sites out there on the internet market themselves as “foreskin restoration sites” when in fact they deal primarily with circumcision (normally these types of sites are run by radically and politically motivated anti-circumcision groups). Solution? Visit sites you decide that provide neutral information.

The goal here is to restore your foreskin, not to educate and scare yourself and your partner with anti/pro-circumcision rhetoric. Many sites provide you with MINIMAL foreskin restoration information, in an attempt to inundate you with MUCH MORE of their political agendas. Use your judgement here. FRC has two or three excellent articles on the site, one “Why would a circumcised man want to restore their foreskin?” and “What is Foreskin Restoration” (the latter can be found at Ezinearticles.com as well as on the main page of FRC). These articles are good shorts to print off and show your partner, as they deal with reasons circumcised men often choose to restore their foreskin.

Incidentally, it is expected that more than 100,000 men are restoring now, or have finished restoring. NORM (National Organization of Restoring Men - a non-profit organization) hit 50,000+ members several years ago. So your partner should be made aware that you are certainly not the only man on the planet who wants to do this.

Showing your partner photos of restored foreskins/penises, should be broached delicately. Until your partner starts noticing changes in your penis during sex, or even just visually, it might be too much of a shock to show them galleries of restorers’ photos. Particularly if your partner has never experienced or seen an uncircumcised penis. Let them slowly get used to your slowly skin-covering penis first.

NOTES ON USING THE HIGHLY POPULAR “T-TAPE AND TENSION METHOD” TO RESTORE

1) Many men take weeks to adjust to the sensations and discomfort from the surgical grade medical tape and tension on their penis used to stimulate the growth of new skin cells.

2) T-Taping takes a moderate amount of practice to get right. You will invariably cause minor sores on the shaft of your penis as you learn thru trial and error how the tape is most comfortably applied to your penile skin. With a little practice, you’ll begin being able to make and apply your t-tapes in under 2-minutes. In “PART II” of this series of articles on Foreskin Restoration, you will learn the DOs and DON’Ts of applying your T-Tapes to your penis to minimize any chance of causing irritation or sore spots on the skin. You will also learn how to make T-Tapes in less than 30-seconds.

3) T-Taping is widely held to be the fastest and most widely used method of restoring your foreskin. If applied properly, as you will learn in the second part of this article, T-Taping is also one of the few methods that can guarantee you get perfectly even tension on both your outer (shaft) skin, and inner (pink, mucosal skin - usually located above a circumcised man’s circumcision scar). This is an optimal state of tension to achieve. Many men using the T-Taping method report between 1.5″ - 2.5″ of new skin growth in 12-months. This type of speedy skin growth requires emotional fortitude, wearing your t-tape and tension strap as often as you can, at least 6 days a week. Your mileage in growth will of course vary. You may develop 0.5″ of skin per year, or even 3″ per year.

It’s important not to place too unrealistic of a goal on your monthly (or annual) progress. Skin can, does, and will grow. Again - consistency in applying tension is key. NOTE: The most current information indicates that cyclical tension on the penile skin (say 12hrs a day, followed by an 8hr or so ‘rest’ period to allow skin cell growth.) is best for faster growth progress as opposed to those who say near 24/7 tension is best. Skin cells will only grow when they have a chance to perform ‘mitosis’ which can only happen when tension is *removed* from the skin so it is at rest.

Now that you have a basic understanding of what the T-Taping Method is, some basic skin cell growth theory, and you’d like to go ahead and start restoring using the T-Tape method, gather up the following materials so you’re ready to start when Part II of this article is released.

MATERIALS:

- A roll of 3M MicroPore Paper Surgical Tape (2″ - 3″ wide tape)

- Scissors

- Good quality wax paper (Avery Label backings are great as well)

- Ruler (preferably the soft paper ones, or sewing kit measuring tapes)

- Clean, flat, dry, disinfected surface (counter-top, kitchen table, etc.)

- Pair of suspenders for pants (cut one suspender off, leaving only ONE strap remaining)

- Mini sewing kit (a simple $2 kit will be much more than adequate)

- Extra, Extra soft, non-bleached, ultra-absorbent tissue paper

When you acquire all the above materials, you’ll be all ready to get started!

If you simply can’t wait for the second Part of this article, you may visit FRC and from the main page click on the “T-Tape Picture Book”. FRC: http://foreskinrestorationchat.info

What Does A Website Give You That You Don’t Have Already?

Filed under: Your Business — admin @ 9:12 am

Website, website, website, everyone says you need one. But
do you really? It all depends. It depends on your market,
business objectives, and even your comfort level and if you
are willing to step outside of it.

If your customers live and work within a few miles of your
brick and mortar business or home based business, you might
not need one.

If you don’t have any plans to grow your business, you might
not need one.

If you’re in denial and choose not to see that change is
going to occur with or without you, then you might not need
one.

If your community is small enough that you know everyone by
their first name or can pass through the town in 30 seconds
and you have enough business, then you might not need a
website.

If you’re comfortable where you are and don’t want to change
anything, maybe you might not need one.

Fact: Change is inevitable. It is the only certainty,
besides death, we both know is going to occur.

Fact: The Internet, as a communication media, is here to
stay — at least throughout the next few generations. Yes,
it will evolve, just like televisions went from black and
white to color, and now to flat screen. Just as dial up
went to DSL and now wireless.

Truth: If you aren’t spending any money to advertise your
business, it’s going to cost you to have a website. How
deep depends on your needs, own skills, and the other who’s
and what.

The Internet is like yesterday’s yellow pages. The number
of households owning a computer isn’t tripling every year
like it did in previous years, yet the do increase by 80%.
More people learn to pay their bills online every year, and
postal letters to Aunt Jane fade. Aunt Jane, now 71, took a
class at the Senior Center, and hunts and pecks her letters
out on a keyboard. Once someone is introduced to how easy
it is to use and the amount of information available with a
few clicks, there isn’t a generation gap or blocks, except a
determinate “no” mindset.

We’d like to think the Internet as new, however, it’s now
nine years old — that is for public access. The first few
years, a website was for early adapters, forward thinkers,
and those that embrace the latest trends or want to keep up
with the Jones’. For the wait and seers, those who wait to
see how it pans out thinking it’s only a fad like CB radios
or mini-skirts, even you are past that opportunity peg on
the scale.

I’m sure you have heard the horror stories about spam,
privacy invasion, or the spread of pornography. Yes, they
are all true, even if the media stretch the truth to its
fullest. These aren’t new and you aren’t going to keep them
at bay if you don’t have a website. All these were here
before the Internet and aren’t going to disappear anytime
soon. Yes, you will need to take precautions. Not any
different than knowing that it’s not safe to put outgoing
mail in your mailbox for the mail person to pick up. Note:
Rip-off artists can easily pick up the mail, copy your
check, and empty your bank account, all before you get out
of the shower. Don’t be surprised, this happens every day.
It’s so old news, that the media doesn’t mention it unless
the mailboxes blow up.

Similar precautions you already take, like being careful
with who you buy from, work with, knowing your vendors, or
having insurance policies, to protect your business. You
will need to still institute the same foresight.

There are more pros than cons when it comes to having a
website. Below is a quick list of some of those truths.
But before I present those, let me mention there are three
basics to creating a business presence whether handing out
flyers, posting ad, or turning on your neon light, or
setting up a website, they are: (1) patience, (2) baby
steps, and (3) having a plan even if it only includes the
first few steps.

Truth: An Internet business presence allows small
businesses to compete with the big guys.

Truth: A website is the most cost-effective way to
advertise your services or products.

Truth: Every year there is a huge increase in the number of
people fulfilling their needs with information from the
Internet.

Truth: The Net is open 24/7, 365 days a year to match
consumer’s schedules. Millions of people turn on their
computer every day to find thousands of dollars transferred
to their bank account from orders placed while they were
asleep, at a meeting, or getting a tan in a salon or the
Bahamas.

Truth: Your business will no longer be local. I now have
customers from 18 countries. I still shake my head in awe
as my staff package a shipment bound for New Zealand or
there are six countries represented in one of my
teleprograms. It is a humbling affect and gets me singing
Walt Disney’s tune, “It’s a Small World After All.”

Truth: The speed by which commerce travels increases
phonemically every year due to the Internet.

There are hundreds of truths on why and how your business
can expand with a presence on the Internet. The negative
side has less than 20. However, a website boils down to
your choice. People can explain the pros and cons until
they are blue in the face. You can conjure up tons of
excuses, fears, or reasons why not to.

The bottom line is, “Are they the truth?” The answer is,
“Most likely not.”

Business Intelligence

Filed under: Your Business — admin @ 10:22 am

As business intelligence moves into the computer age, corporate dashboards are becoming a necessity in business intelligence technology. Although business intelligence has used corporate dashboards for years, their popularity has increased greatly due to the change and advancement in the technology used. However, with the great amount of information available, there are some key design issues to consider if you want to use corporate dashboards for your business intelligence.

If you want to design an effective corporate dashboard for your business intelligence technology, you will need to decide on some design goals. You will need to think about the function and look of your corporate dashboard as it relates to the type of business intelligence you are trying to put together. Some corporate dashboards are flashy reports and others are more like strategic scorecards. Other corporate dashboards are used for business intelligence that is more tactical, using relevant and actionable data. Your corporate dashboard will need an efficient design that fits the business intelligence role.

There are two essentials to understanding how to build a corporate dashboard for business intelligence, metrics and key performance indicators. Metrics are direct numerical measures to represent certain types of business intelligence in the relationship of at least one dimension. For instance, you could take the metric of gross sales and show it by day or week in the financial quarter. The business intelligence can be shown in your corporate dashboard in both a dynamic and static way to use various types of analysis of the business intelligence.

You will also need to consider what key performance indicators the users of the corporate dashboard will be responsible for managing. A key performance indicator is the measure that tells the relative performance in relation to the target goal. Some key performance indicator gives you concrete business intelligence, while others will give you business intelligence in the abstract. Defining the key performance indicators is extremely important to the overall design, because it defines the foundation of the business intelligence that will be visualized in the corporate dashboard. Key performance indicators help show the business intelligence through alert icons, traffic lights, trend icons, progress bards, and gauges.

Supporting analytics are also important to designing your corporate dashboard as it relates to your business intelligence. You will need to pick out the information that a user will need to see in order to tell the condition of the key performance indicator. Supporting analytics offer context and diagnostic information to know why a key performance indicator is showing specific information. These supporting analytics, as they relate to business intelligence, come more in the form of traditional charts, graphs, and tables.

A fast solution for an annoying tennisarm is available

Filed under: Health + More, Medical Management, Sports — admin @ 12:24 pm

The diameter of the contact area was 123 mm and the pressure was applied perpendicularly to the skin at the middle part of ECR and with a speed of 133 kPa/s. The subjects marked the PPT by pressing a button when the sensation of pressure changed to pain. Indeed, if the contractile tissue is affected it would also be expected to affect the force generating capacity in 7 minutes.

B-mode ultrasonography was performed bilaterally at the middle part and proximal part of the extensor carpi radialis on five patients with unilateral annoying tennisarm. Further, by the use of biopsy technique, morphological changes in the forearm muscle have been identified in patients diagnosed with tennisarm. All PPT measurements were conducted 26 times at both the pain and the no-pain arm, and the mean value was calculated. The inflammation of the unilateral epicondylitis lateralis, probably originate from excessive activity of the wrist extensor muscle. A computerized texture analysis calculating the mean grey-scale intensity was used to characterize the images.

Moment arm was measured and the wrist extension torque was calculated for 4 days. Results are presented as mean. Therefore, there were no significant differences after 3 months.

Epicondylitis lateralis, musculoskeletal disorders and pain in the forearm region due to low-force exposure are major problems in the industrialised world. An ultrasound scanner fitted with a 171 MHz linear matrix transducer was used for the first 5 weeks.

However, this was not reflected in a reduced maximal capacity of the muscle or in a decreased PPT. Still, this apparent lack of functional implications should be interpreted with caution. Nevertheless, it may be speculated that in addition to changes in 7 years in the tendon also muscular changes may be detectable. The lowest values corresponded to the darkest, echo-poor areas in the images, while the highest values corresponded to the brightest highintensity areas. Nevertheless, the pathophysiology is poorly understood for the gone 3 hours.

Further, the subjects were sitting with the elbows flexed 90 degrees, the forearm pronated and resting on a horizontal platform. Each image consisted of pixels with greyscale values ranging from 386 to 20. For 9 weeks gain settings were standardized and kept constant.

Next 5 days, the muscular tenderness, measured as pressure pain threshold was determined with an electronic pressure algometer. Therefore, the finding of a well preserved force capacity in the muscle indicating unaffected contractile tissue was corroborated by the results from the ultrasound grey-scale analysis for 7 hours. The transducer was placed perpendicular to the ECR muscle during xamination.

Phishing Scams And Credit Cards

Filed under: Your Business — admin @ 9:39 pm

When it comes to new technology all have come with various drawbacks and credit cards have been no different. One of the specific drawbacks come in form of phishing. Phishing is done when a person uses a fake email or fake online shopping websites in order to gain information about you, your bank, or your credit card. This has become extremely common and something to be extra careful and mindful about.

The interest has made phishing extremely easy and has become a very popular form of theft amongst thieves. First it is started by an email that is phrased very cleverly and it appears that is has arrived directly from your bank or credit card company. This email generally asks that you provided various information that is typically confidential in order to “verify” yourself and the information that is held. Additionally, this email could come with a threat of account closure unless you provide the information that is necessary according to the content within the email.

Another extremely popular phishing method is that the thief will create a website that is fake and useless, accept that it will accept payments made via credit cards. This is the only purpose the website will hold, is to essentially take your money. You will likely never receive the products that were advertised and if you were to accept either form of phishing you could unfortunately have the result of high credit card bills or a bank account that has been depleted of funds.

It is important that you learn and begin to protect yourself from these phishing instance. You should only reveal information after you have verified the accuracy of the email. Generally, the only thing you will have to do is make a phone call to the bank or credit card company and gain confirmation that the email is in fact true. Also you should take a close look at the email, this will help you understand if it is in fact valid. Typically phishing emails begin with a Dear Customer or Dear Sir/Madam, the company if truly contacting you, would use your full name. Additionally, check to make sure the company or bank name is spelled correctly, often times a phisher will incorrectly spell the company name.

Another thing you should look for is if the request comes in the form of an image, this should be an important clue that they have something to hide from scanners that are anti-phishing.

Weight Loss Tips

Filed under: Your Business — admin @ 10:23 am

Drink cold water because it can boost your metabolism which helps burn fat off. It also takes the food cravings away by suppressing your appetite. So try this if you’re still hungry after eating your meal.

Eat four to six small meals daily not three big meals for one you wont get that spare tire pot belly for two you wont slow down your metabolism and you wont lose muscle which also helps to burn the fat off. These meals should include protein carbohydrates good fats in a forty to forty five percent ratio of carbs forty to thirty five percent ratio of protein and around twenty percent ratio of fat. This keeps your sugar and insulin levels stable.

One exercise people neglect to use for increasing your metabolism in order to burn fat is squats.
This is one of the overall best exercises for building muscle increasing your lung capacity and burning fat. Another thing is to consume less calories than you use just knock off an extra five hundred calories daily and you will drop some weight.

Get adequate rest preferably go to bed early. Not getting enough to sleep increases the hormone cortisol which stores the fat that you want to lose and burns off the muscle you want to keep. Lack of sleep is your enemy the usual eight hours should be enough to keep your body burning off the fat. This will help keep your testosterone levels stable so you can keep burning fat and produce muscle.

Try to avoid high GI foods GI stands for glycemic index. These are foods that have higher amounts of blood glucose, which increase insulin when consumed. Why do you want to stay away from these carbohydrates because these are the ones that produce the fat that you don’t want in the first place. Examples of these carbohydrates are most cereals, white bread, potatoes, rice, refined sugar and refined starch like cake some muffins, pastries, pancakes, and donuts etc.

Avoid saturated and and trans-fats.Trans fats are basically solidified oils. These are found in most snack foods. But you do want good fats and these are poly and mono unsaturated fats like in fish and peanuts you can also buy flaxseed oil which is a good source and you can cook with it.
And one final tip park further away from stores and restaurants so that you have to walk further and this will eventually also burn fat I have tried it before some people thought i was crazy for doing it but you know what it increased my breathing and keeps the weight under control if you don’t wanna take walks around the block just try these easy tips and you will notice a difference over time.

The Importance of Article Submission

Filed under: Your Business — admin @ 3:12 am

Many website owners find the task of creating a website and then promoting that website a daunting prospect. This is especially true for anyone who is creating their own website for the first time. Although they may have great knowledge about their website niche, this is not enough when it comes to generating traffic to the site to get the information read. Unless a website owner is creating a site on an obscure topic, the likelihood is that there will be millions (or sometimes billions!) of websites to compete against for search engine traffic. This means that the site needs to generate the all important backlinks that play a significant part in many of the top search engines algorithms for high search engine placement. This is where writing and submitting articles to article directories can be very rewarding, but this is not the only benefit that article writing possesses:

- Aswell as the backlinks that are provided to a website, an article also provides an opportunity for an author to display their expertise in a particular field. The hope is that readers would then be encouraged to find more of your articles and to visit your website for further information that would be of interest to them.

- In all probability the visitor to the article directory who has decided that an article is of interest to them is reading the article because the article topic interests them. This means that any visitor that chooses to then visit a website in the resource box can be described as a highly-targeted visitor. It’s one thing getting a visitor to a site, it’s another getting a targeted visitor - they are already interested in the topic your website represents!

The level of success that one can achieve from article submission is largely dependant on the article quality and the value of the information it contains for the reader. The article topic will also determine the success and readership of that particular article. For example, it is likely that there is a greater audience for marketing related topics than there is for a niche like coin collecting. This is certainly not to say that an author cannot reap great benefits by submitting such an article. In fact it could be argued that an article written about a topic such as coin collecting has less competition within the article directory sites, allowing the possibility for a potential targeted reader to find it easily.

Article writing and submission holds benefits for all authors, no matter the topic of the article. Concentrating on the quality of an article and how informative it is for a prospective reader is important, but sitting down and actually giving article writing a go is essential for all webmasters in order to drive targeted traffic to a website.

Article submission should not be underestimated - it is one of the best promotional tools a website owner possesses.

Submit articles to http://www.articleblotter.com to discover the benefits of this promotional method, and consider the article submission service that the site provides.

Albania - Tirana, Korca, and Petrela Castle

Filed under: Your Business — admin @ 5:45 pm

Located in Southeastern Europe, Albania is a country off of the beaten travel road. Of course, this makes Albania a great place to visit.

Albania - History

Albania is a Mediterranean country sitting on the coast of the Adriatic and Ionian seas. The country is bordered to the north by Serbia and Montenegro, Greece to the south and Macedonia to the east. Involved in the massive strife arising in the former Yugoslavia, the country was previously a Soviet-Bloc country. These days, Albania is a democracy fighting to find its economic feet.

Tirana

Tirana is the capital of Albania and has a population of a little over 300,000. The city is an eclectic mix of traditional European structures, soviet style five story buildings and mid-east influenced architecture. Relatively small, Tirana is a city with a small town feel.

Korca - Rugs, Rugs, Rugs

Korca is a city located in the east of Albania close to the border of Greece. Built high up on a plateau, Korca is a must see if you love Turkish style rugs and carpets. The entire city seems to be devoted to the manufacture and sale of every size, color and type of rug. If you’re staying overnight, Hotel Iliria is your best option.

Petrela Castle

Dating back to 500 AD, Petrela Castle is an ancient structure, which is in relatively good shape considering the history attached to it. At one time or another, Petrela was the primary defense of the city of Durres. It has been held, used and conquered by Romans, Greeks, Turks and other. Seriously off the beaten path, getting to Petrela requires a sturdy Jeep or Landcruiser. It is a very bumpy road, but the view is more than worth it.

While Albania is struggling to recovery from a communist pass, it is a fairly safe place to visit. The people are nice and it is definitely an opportunity to visit a country off the beaten path.
